1. Acceptance

By downloading, installing, or using Modern Warp Menu (the "Mod") or visiting modernwarpmenu.com (the "Site"), you agree to these Terms of Use. If you do not agree, do not use the Mod or Site.

2. License

Modern Warp Menu is provided at no charge. You are permitted to:

  • Download and install the Mod for personal use
  • Include the Mod in modpacks, provided credit is given and no fee is charged for the Mod itself
  • Fork or modify the source code for personal use

You are not permitted to:

  • Sell or charge money for the Mod or access to it
  • Redistribute modified versions without clearly indicating changes and giving proper attribution
  • Use the Mod's name or branding to imply an official affiliation that does not exist

3. No Warranty

Modern Warp Menu is provided "as is", without warranty of any kind, express or implied. We make no guarantees that the Mod will work without interruption, be error-free, or be compatible with every Minecraft configuration or server.

4. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, the developers of Modern Warp Menu are not liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from use of the Mod, including but not limited to loss of game progress, account bans, or system instability.

5. Third-Party Servers

Modern Warp Menu interacts with third-party Minecraft servers (such as Hypixel). Use of the Mod on any server is subject to that server's own rules and terms. It is your responsibility to ensure the Mod complies with the rules of any server you play on.

Modern Warp Menu is not affiliated with, endorsed by, or connected to Mojang Studios or Hypixel Inc. Minecraft is a trademark of Mojang Studios.

6. Updates to These Terms

These terms may be updated from time to time. The most recent version will always be available at this URL. Continued use of the Mod after changes constitutes acceptance of the revised terms.
